This position reports directly to the Compliance Program Manager. This position provides a variety of organizational and administrative support for the Compliance Manager and Compliance team members. The position will assist with compliance related activities for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), and State Housing Trust Fund (SHTF), Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) properties maintained and monitored by the Department. This position consists of minimal travel in Arizona. Other duties as assigned.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

This position will be responsible for preparing and distributing reports or other communication on a regular basis. Maintain project folders, from external and internal sources with appropriate correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, reserves conference rooms, travel and other Division activities. Manage annual workshop registration and communications with the vendor. May manage fee reporting, invoicing and other routine processes. Other duties as assigned.

Candidate must possess sufficient education or job related experience demonstrating an ability to perform the duties of the position. Highest qualified candidates, will have a minimum of four years of administrative support or related experience. Candidate must have excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in high-pressure situations. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor and a strong professional decorum. Must have the ability to interpret and explain State and Federal regulations and possess the ability to work amicably with other professionals in the role of providing this service for a State agency. Valid Arizona Driver License and acceptable driving record required.

State employees are required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), the State sponsored retirement contribution plan and the Long-Term Disability (LTD) program.
