POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for administrative work associated with the Foster Care Review Board Program (FCRB). Essential functions of the position include being the primary contact for incoming calls, processing paper and electronically received mail from various sources and electronic inboxes, registering children and uploading case documentation with an electronic file management system, distributing reports; and researching minute entries and case information.

This position will also manage administrative functions and tasks on an as-needed basis and assist the Program Specialist to ensure successful facilitation of FCRB reviews.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program qualified employer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and three years’ experience in a full-function office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, personal computer skills including zoom, e-mail, calendaring system, and word processing. This position also requires the ability to be responsive to last-minute staff requests, be flexible with daily work assignments, maintain confidentiality and accurate administrative files, cover phone and reception duties, including screening and accurately routing incoming phone calls, and work independently within set program guidelines and protocol.
