Job Summary:

The Arizona Department of Administration's General Services Division is offering a DoD-SkillBridge internship for the position of Warehouse Worker. This position is responsible for receiving and unloading delivery trucks, picking up parts from local vendors, processing requests and supply orders, and distributing materials and supplies to appropriate personnel. The Warehouse Worker will prepare and place orders in the pickup area, sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins, and maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed, and conducting cycle counts and physical inventories. The role also involves maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat, maintaining records of expenditures, obtaining quotes to ensure the highest dollar value is received, reporting and analyzing data from the CMMS, creating and receipting orders in the procurement system, and reconciling purchases.

Job Duties:
  • Unload delivery trucks and pick parts up from local vendors
