Job Summary:

GENERAL TRADE SKILLS
Individual positions may be responsible for some or all of the listed duties and/or related duties
Assist with general maintenance/repair work on, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, structural, painting, and HVAC
Maintain inventory system of work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs
Perform periodic standard inspections on tools and equipment ensuring safety and compliance
Assist Facilities Maintenance Technicians with instillation and repair orders 
Identify and apprise supervisor of possible repairs to be made to property, equipment, or grounds
Continue professional growth through coursework and training sessions

This position is available for remote work on a full-time basis within Arizona (including virtual office arrangements).
OR
This position may be available for remote work within Arizona (# days per week in the office/hoteling).
OR
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Read blueprints

Pre-Employment Requirements:

SPECIAL CONDITIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass FBI and state background check
Defensive Driver Training Program to be completed by all agency personnel that drive on State business
Valid Arizona Driver’s License required during period of employment
Must pass post offer physical
Work related skill, knowledge, and experience in a maintenance department
ASL (American Sign Language) skills if working with students/staff who are deaf or hard of hearing
This is a Safety-Sensitive position and must be able to pass a drug test screening
