POSITION SUMMARY:
This senior-level position, located within the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), Supreme Court of Arizona, provides leadership to the Administrative Services Division. The Division Director is a member of the AOC executive team and reports directly to the Administrative Director and Deputy Director.
This position provides administrative and managerial direction to several departments within the division including Human Resources, Facilities, Finance, Budget, Legal Services, and Security. This position will oversee the development and implementation of compliance with AOC-wide policies and procedures; review financial audits, compliance audits, performance audits, and security audit reports; represent the Supreme Court as Loss Control Coordinator for the Department of Administration’s Risk Management program and on outside committees and workgroups.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently proved their ability to perform assigned tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in management, business administration or related area and at least five years of senior-level management experience. This position requires knowledge of government budgetary procedures, financial requirements, and strategic planning process; knowledge of principles and practices of public administration; and public sector operations. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in leadership, organizational, and communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of public administration.
The preferred candidate will have a Master's degree in public administration, Business, or Finance and extensive knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of government accounting, audit methodologies, accountability, and fiscal management.
