The Registrar of Contractors (ROC) Legal Department oversees roughly 1200 legal actions per year throughout the State of Arizona. This fast-paced unit processes cases for the Office of Administrative Hearings, public records requests, felony background checks on license applicants, requests for payout from the Recovery Fund, and provides legal guidance to all ROC departments. The Legal Department work is diverse, interesting and important to the mission of the agency.
This critical position is part of the legal team and reports to a Paralegal Manager.
