The Arizona Veterans’ Home- Flagstaff is our newest, 'state-of-of-the-art' facility and is looking for nursing professionals to support our mission of being committed to serving and honoring Veterans, Service Members, and their families by ensuring that they receive the highest quality services. This position carries out all geriatric nursing care, treatment and services in a professional and prescribed manner within scope of license and provides a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while overseeing the duties of subordinate staff.
The number of LPN and CNA positions assigned to work on a unit varies according to the shift.
The LPN learns, implements, and monitors Arizona Management System (AMS) methods, uses AMS concepts and tools for problem solving, continuous work/process improvements and efficiencies and incorporates a cultural focus on Veteran/Member-centered care in the performance of job duties.
