DUTIES
• Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations for building construction and repair
• Blueprints, sketches, mechanical and structural components of buildings
• Machines and tools used to complete the work of the Maintenance team
• Compliance with federal laws such as AHERA and OSHA and how they impact
maintenance activities
• Basic computer skills including but not limited to: Virtual Meetings, Spreadsheets, Online
• Ordering, Electronic Timesheets
• Equipment selection for performing routine maintenance/repair
• Communicate information and ideas effectively with vendors, staff and supervisors
• Interpret building codes, standards and blueprints
• Judgment and decision making
• Monitoring/assessing performance

This position is a Safety Sensitive position and is required to participate in both pre-hire and random drug testing
