The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is looking for an experience leader who assist and development of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services and will work under the supervision of the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) and MAT Program Administrator, in close collaboration with other health professionals working for the ADCRR Healthcare Service Division (HSD). This position also will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure action plans are coordinated and aligned with Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry’s (ADCRR) strategic plan for those patients receiving Medication Assisted Treatment. - Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure consistent communication throughout the release planning process for individuals receiving MAT services
- Conducts outreach with community organizations to develop a sustainable and successful release process for patients receiving MAT services
- Implements and maintain a dashboard for release planning
- Provides oversight and guidance of data reporting to measure data for quality assurance measures
- Collects and manage reporting data and program service delivery information
- Creates reports based on statistics and other supporting documentation to ADCRR clinical leadership
- Travels to ADCRR complexes and community facilities to develop reentry processes
- Participates in multidisciplinary meetings and other communications with community partners and internal stakeholders
- Drives on State business
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment

- Arizona Board of Behavioral Health License
