This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona and requires a minimum of three days a week in the office.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Arizona Supreme Court Information Technology Division is seeking a .Net Programmer. This position is responsible for the technical work related to supporting the programming and maintenance of AOC applications, reports, and forms development, working with cross-functional, multi-project team resources to ensure successful solutions are delivered according to defined scope, timeline.

Essential functions include:

  • Translates requirement definitions into functional specifications and design documentation
  • Assists in developing Web applications in .net environment.
  • Develops and executes test plans that thoroughly test applications and allows for quality implementations of applications.
  • Assists in analyzing system critical errors and takes appropriate action to correct them.
  • Contributes to automated solutions and strategies to support business needs of the organization for both local and statewide technology initiatives
  • Prepares and maintains documentation of applications
  • Debug technical issues to identify root cause and provide solutions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and three to five years’ experience in programming, analysis, design, development, implementation, quality assurance and applications support. Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree. Thorough knowledge in RDBMS, SQL, .net, C#, Microsoft SQL Server database, and Visual Studio 2019 and above. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and through knowledge of SSRS reporting or any report development tool. This position also requires the ability to program Web applications in a .net environment, quickly and effectively analyze problems and implement and/or advise of solutions and use formal systems analysis methodologies to analyze business problems and develop appropriate functional and technical solution specifications.

Travel level: up to 5%
