The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is looking for a great individual and leader who coordinates the processing of vetting potential volunteers for individuals seeking to provide services to inmates within the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) facilities or to offenders under supervision. - Collects, processes, and tracks Volunteer documents to include Volunteer interview form, ex-offender certification & employment recommendation form, employee background questionnaire, employee ID card and encoding request form, pre-employment drug test consent and release liability form, urinalysis report notification form, finger print card, and volunteer registration form
- Authorization for Release of Information form
- Collects, processes and tracks clearance and badging process (as applicable) for community or agency contractors, mental health/medical resources, education volunteers, Veterans program resources, and other similar resources
- Monitors ADCRR portion of grants involving community based organizations
- Completes required reports/documentation required by grants
- Coordinates training of volunteers and arranges tours of ADCRR prisons and community corrections sites as needed
- Conducts on-site and electronic assessments of various volunteer programs
- Drives on State business
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment

Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
