Provides administrative support to the ACPTC Director including various unit and clinical audits and responsibilities. Conducts at least
monthly environmental care rounds on units to identify dietary, grounds keeping, housekeeping, equipment, safety issues and
coordinates resolutions with the respective service or company identified; Prepares, submits and follows-up on work orders for facility
and unit renovations, repair and maintenance requirements; submits monthly infectious control reports to the ACPT Director.
Responsible for ordering unit, medical, and patient supplies; ensuring delivery of supplies, putting supplies away, checking for expiration dates when stocking, maintaining supply levels and returning unused supplies, creates inventories to manage supplies; Stocking and maintaining office equipment; Maintaining and tracking purchase records, receipts, AFIS, and unit budget with monthly status reports to the ACPTC Director. Maintains cleanliness and order of the supply rooms and ACPTC Store. Monitors unit compliance with regulatory agency and infection control standards; Keeps accurate and orderly files, including receipts; Maintains policy and protocol manuals. Responsible for running the ACPTC Store. Assist in tracking and assigning radio numbers, complete new hire ACPTC tours, assist in unit/office changes by completing necessary requests.

- Maintains cleanliness and order of the supply room and ACPTC Store.
- Operates, supplies, and organizes ACPTC resident store.
- Other duties as assigned as related to the position (typically 5% - 10%).
Knowledge of:
- Unit operations, maintenance requests, administrative support, infection control, performance improvement projects, confidentiality, customer service, policies and procedures, procurement, basic budgetary processes.
- Report writing.
- Performance Management (PM), and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Lean methodologies.
Skill in:
- Preparing necessary work order requests; analyzing, coordinating, organizing and planning effectively; Ability in identifying and correcting environmental deficiencies; oral and written communication skills; performs reliable audits and report preparation. Skills in utilizing databases such as Word and Excel; interpersonal relations
Ability to:
- Abilities to analyze data, works with little supervision to make decisions, effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, writes reports, manages times, tracks expenditures and prioritizes workload. Attend meetings at alternate locations and travel when necessary.

Bachelor's degree in health related field and 2 years’ experience program support in a hospital or a behavioral health setting.
A State Hospital employee must be able to obtain a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card pursuant to A.RS. § 41-1758,07. Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license.
